Accessing Calendly Services and Assistance

Issue/Question

I would like to use Calendly and/or have questions about Calendy.

  • WKU Email Addresses & Calendars

Resolution

The pilot licenses have all been utilized at this time. While we will seek funding opportunities to be able to offer this to more folks, we do not have those resources at this time. If you’d like us to procure a license(s) for you, they will be $180 per user, annually rebilled to your department or other funding source you provide.
Calendly is supported via WKU community peer users and direct vendor contact. Beyond provisioning accounts, WKU ITS does not provide support for this application.
