Resetting Administrator Password

Issue/Question

How do I reset the administrator password for a Mailing List?

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Request a New Mailing List Admin Password.
  2. Fill out verification form information.
  3. Click Change List Password.

Note: This form is only for resetting administrator password for a mailing list.  List subscribers who do not remember their list password should visit the appropriate mailing list page (i.e., http://lists.wku.edu/mailman/options/[listname]) and request a password reminder.
