My student took a Pearson quiz, but the grade is not showing up in Blackboard.
Resolution
WKU ITS does not have access to investigate this kind of claim. The instructor and/or the student will need to contact Pearson 24/7 support at here. Support is provided via chat and telephone. If you have contacted Pearson support and they have instructed you to contact WKU ITS please have a ticket number from Pearson available. WKU ITS is unable to assist or communicate with Pearson without an existing ticket number from Pearson support.
