How do I share my Portfolio?

Environment

Resolution

1. Log into Blackboard.
2. Click on My WKU Bb.
3. Click My Portfolios under Tools.
4. Under the desired portfolio, select More and then click Share.
5. Click Share a Snapshot With and select the necessary option.
   1. Users - This allows sharing of the portfolio with one specific user (such as an instructor).
   2. External Users - This allows sharing of the portfolio with non-WKU personnel.
   3. Courses - This allows sharing of the portfolio with an entire course.
   4. Organizations - This allows sharing of the portfolio with a Blackboard Organization.
6. If you are sharing with a specific person, such as an instructor, you will need to type their NetID in the Username field.
   Note: The browse feature only allows you to search for people who have opted in to being searched.
7. Click Submit.
