How do I connect my Nintendo DS to the internet?

Resolution

Wi-Fi Connection

1. In order to access the Wi-Fi connection setup, the DS must be turned on with a game that can access Wi-Fi. From this setup menu, tap Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings.
2. Tap Search for an Access Point.
3. Tap WKU-WIRELESS.
4. You should now be connected to the WKU-WIRELESS. If you are still unable to use the wireless network successfully please locate the MAC address. Follow the steps below to locate the MAC address:
   1. The DS must be turned on with a game that can access Wi-Fi. From this setup menu tap Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings.
   2. tap System Information.
   3. On the System Info page, the MAC address will be displayed.
   4. With your MAC address ready, please submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk.
