Disabling Call Forwarding on Cisco Jabber

How do I disable call forwarding in Cisco Jabber?

Resolution

A setting could be enabled causing calls to not be forwarded. Please use the below information to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Click your initials in the top left of Cisco Jabber.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call Forwarding.
  4. From the drop down menu, select your preferred forwarding option, or select Do Not Forward Calls to disable call forwarding.
