How can I create and/or manage groups in my Blackboard course as an instructor?

Resolution
- Open Blackboard course.
- Select Groups tab.
- Click New Group Set.
- Name group set.
- Select grouping method from Group students dropdown:
- Custom
- Randomly Assign
- Self-enrollment (group set must be Visible to students at top right)
- Reuse groups
- To manually add a new group, click .
- To change student group membership, click next to student name and select new group name.
- Click Save to save all changes.
- Open Blackboard course.
- Select Groups tab.
- Click Import Group Set.
- Click Download Group Sets template to ensure group information is entered in the correct format.
- When ready to upload, click Upload File.
- Locate file on your device.
- Click Open.
- Click Import.
- You will receive an email once the upload is complete.
