Saving Embedded Images from Email (Outlook)

Issue/Question

How do I save an image that was sent to me in an email through Outlook?

Environment

• Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Outlook

Cause

The image was not sent as an attachment, but included in the body of the email. 

Resolution

1. Right-click on the image.
2. Select Save as Picture.
3. Choose your destination. 
4. Save the image.
