Managing TeamDynamix Email Notifications

How do I setup an email rule to filter Business Services TeamDynamix emails from my inbox?

Environment

  • Business Services Ticketing
  • Outlook

Resolution

  1. Log into your email through Webmail Login.
  2. Right-click on Inbox.
  3. Select Create new subfolder.
  4. Type TeamDynamix Tickets as the name.
  5. Click Rules in the top navigation.
  6. Select Manage rules.
  7. Click Add new rule.
  8. In the Name your rule box type TeamDynamix Tickets Filtering.
  9. Click Select a condition box and select Subject includes.
  10. In the Enter words to look for box type WKU Business Services.
  11. In the Select an action box select Move to.
  12. In the Select a folder box select TeamDynamix Tickets folder.
  13. Click Save.
