How do I check my voicemail from my phone?

Resolution

By default, voicemails are sent to your WKU email address. If it is necessary to check voicemail from your phone, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request.
  1. Call 5-5555 (or 270-745-5555 from an off-campus phone).
  2. Press *.
  3. When prompted for a user ID, enter your 5-digit extension followed by #.
  4. Enter your PIN followed by #.
  5. Press 3 if phone system states voicemails are available.
