How do I link a cell or group of cells between multiple Excel documents?
Resolution
In the
source spreadsheet
, select the cell or cells you want to link to and click the
Copy
button on the Home tab; alternatively press
Ctrl+C
, or
right-click
and select
Copy
.
Switch to the
destination
spreadsheet
and highlight the cell or cells
where you want the link
.
On the
Home
tab, click the down arrow below
Paste
and click
Paste Link;
alternatively you may also
right-click
and select the
Paste Link
from the Paste menu.
