Transferring a Phone Call

1. While speaking with caller click  and then Transfer.
2. Input 5-digit phone extension you are transferring to. (5 + transfer recipient's extension).
   Note: You can transfer to external phones by entering 91 before area code and phone number.
3. Click green Call to begin transfer.
   Note: This places the original caller on hold while dialing the transfer recipient, allowing for a warm transfer if needed.
4. Consult with transfer recipient as needed if a completing warm transfer.
5. Click Transfer to bring caller off hold, merge calls, and remove yourself from call.

Warm Transfer

1. While speaking with caller, click Consult.
2. Click Dialer.
3. Input 5-digit phone extension you are transferring to. (5 + transfer recipient's extension).
   Note: You can transfer to external phones by entering 91 before area code and phone number.
4. After consulting with call recipient, click Transfer to connect caller and remove yourself from call.

Cold Transfer

1. While speaking with caller, click Direct Transfer.
2. Click Dialer.
3. Input 5-digit phone extension you are transferring to. (5 + transfer recipient's extension).
   Note: You can transfer to external phones by entering 91 before area code and phone number.
4. To connect caller to recipient, click Direct Transfer below where phone number was entered.
