How are new faculty members setup for teaching assignments in TopNet and enabled to manage their roster online?
Resolution
Departments should contact Academic Advising and Retention Center (AARC) at 270-745-5065 or email academic.advising@wku.edu to request additional information.
AARC handles new faculty training and orientation. Only the AARC or authorized individuals may request activation once training is complete. Once training requirements are met, AARC staff activate the faculty member by clicking the Request Service button.
If faculty member has already been activated and just needs to be set up for scheduling, please click the Request Service button.
