Course Calendar Giving Error Getting Events Popup

Issue/Question

Courses configured with Calendar events for third party publishers will display the following error when selecting the calendar tool:

Environment

• Blackboard

Cause

Third party publishers are being used with Blackboard assignments causing issues with the Blackboard Calendar feature.

Resolution

1. Go to Calendar.
2. Deselect all courses.
3. Add one checkbox at a time until an error is thrown.
4. Uncheck the course that caused the error (if any).
5. Refresh the page.
6. Continue steps 4 through 6 until only the courses that do not give errors are selected.
