How do I log into TopNet?
Resolution
It is recommended to access TopNet from a computer browser. It is not optimized for mobile device browser and may cause an undesired experience. WKU ITS will not support accessing TopNet on a public computer or government computer.
Currently Active Faculty / Staff
- Go to TopNet.
- Enter either your WKUID or your NetID.
- A box will appear asking for either your PIN or your Password, respectively. Enter in your PIN or Password.
- Proceed with the Duo authentication.

- Click Log In.
Currently Registered Students
Note: WKU Students who have not been accepted for admission at WKU will not be able to access TopNet.
- Go to TopNet.
- Enter either your WKUID or your NetID.
- A box will appear asking for either your PIN or your Password, respectively. Enter in your PIN or Password.
- Click Log In.
Retirees, Alumni, or Not Currently Registered Students
Note: WKU Alumni who were not registered for courses during or after the year 1990 will not be able to access TopNet. If you need a transcript please read this information.
- Go to TopNet.
- Enter your WKUID.
- A box will appear asking for either your PIN. Enter your PIN.
- Click Log In.
