Logging into TopNet

How do I log into TopNet?

Resolution

If you need to view an unofficial transcript, please follow these instructions. If you need to request an official transcript, please follow these instructions. 
It is recommended to access TopNet from a computer browser. It is not optimized for mobile device browser and may cause an undesired experience. WKU ITS will not support accessing TopNet on a public computer or government computer.

Currently Active Faculty / Staff

  1. Go to TopNet.
  2. Enter either your WKUID or your NetID.
  3. A box will appear asking for either your PIN or your Password, respectively. Enter in your PIN or Password.
  4. Proceed with the Duo authentication. 
    Note: Further information about Duo authentication can be found here. 
  5. Click Log In.

Currently Registered Students

 Note: WKU Students who have not been accepted for admission at WKU will not be able to access TopNet.

  1. Go to TopNet.
  2. Enter either your WKUID or your NetID.
  3. A box will appear asking for either your PIN or your Password, respectively. Enter in your PIN or Password.
  4. Click Log In.

Retirees, Alumni, or Not Currently Registered Students

 Note: WKU Alumni with any coursework prior to the year 1990 will not be able to access TopNet.

  1. Go to TopNet.
  2. Enter your WKUID.
  3. A box will appear asking for your PIN. Enter your PIN.
  4. Click Log In.
