How do I log into TopNet?

Resolution

If you need to view an unofficial transcript, please follow these instructions. If you need to request an official transcript, please follow these instructions.

It is recommended to access TopNet from a computer browser. It is not optimized for mobile device browser and may cause an undesired experience. WKU ITS will not support accessing TopNet on a public computer or government computer.

Currently Active Faculty / Staff / Registered Students

If you have not been accepted for admission at WKU, you will not be able to access TopNet.

Go to TopNet.
Enter your WKU email address.
Proceed with the multi-factor authentication.
Note: Further information about Duo authentication can be found here. Further information about Microsoft Authentication App can be found here.
Click Log In.

Retirees, Alumni or Not Registered Students

WKU Alumni with any coursework prior to the year 1990 will not be able to access TopNet.

For assistance with tax forms, please contact Human Resources. To receive an official transcript, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
