Incorrect Size Font in Reply/Forward Window

Issue/Question

When I go to write a new reply or forward a message in Outlook, the font inside the window is a different size than normal. It is either too big or too small.

Environment

  • Microsoft Outlook 2016

Resolution

  1. Open any Outlook email message and click the Reply button.
  2. In the main menu, click on the Format Text menu option.
  3. On the far right of the Format Text ribbon, click the Zoom icon.
  4. Change the Zoom to setting to 100% and click the OK button.
