Adobe Creative Cloud Prompting for Login on Lab / Classroom / Student Workstation

Issue/Question

How do I log into Adobe Creative Cloud on a lab, classroom, or student workstation that has the software installed?

Environment

  • Classroom Computer
  • Lab Computer
  • Student Workstation Computer

Resolution

  1. Type in your WKU email address.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. If prompted, select Company or School Account
  4. Enter your WKU email address.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter your WKU Account password and advance through the prompts to complete the sign-in.
Note:  There is a 90-minute server check-in, and you may be prompted to log back in at each interval.
