Enabling Sharing For All Participants in a Zoom Meeting

How do I enable sharing for all participants in a Zoom meeting?

Resolution

1. Start the Zoom Meeting.
2. In the bottom toolbar, click the small arrow next to the green Share Screen button.
3. In the menu that appears, click Advanced Sharing Options.
4. In the popup that appears, under the Who can share? section, click the button next to All Participants.
5. The option to change Who can start sharing when someone else is sharing will become available. Choose your setting based on your preferences for your meeting.  
6. Click the red X at the top corner of the popup window to save your settings and close the popup.
