Removing Markup on a Document

Issue/Question

Why is my document showing the changes I've made when I print?

Environment

• Office 2019
  • Word 2019

Cause

Markup has been enabled in the tracking section. 

Resolution

1. Open document and click the Review tab at the top.
2. In the Tracking section locate the drop down box with that may be labeled All Markup, Simple Markup, No Markup, or Original.
3. Select No Markup.
