No Option for Capture (macOS)

Issue/Question

When I try to select the capture button in Mediasite Mosaic, no options appear.

Environment

  • macOS

Resolution

  1. Click  icon.
  2. Click System Settings.
  3. Click Privacy & Security.
  4. Click Screen & System Audio Recording.
  5. Toggle on Mediasite Mosaic app.
  6. Type in password or TouchID if prompted.
  7. Click Quit and Reopen if prompted.
