Sending an Email Later

Issue/Question

How do I schedule a time to send an email? 

Environment

  • Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Resolution

  1. Login to OWA.
  2. Click New Message.
  3. To schedule your email, click the next to Send at the bottom. 
  4. Click Send Later. A calendar window will open for you to schedule the time for the email to send.
