Logging into Lenel EAC Applications

Issue/Question

How do I log into an application that is part of Lenel OnGuard?

Environment

  • WKU-Owned Computer
    • Lenel OnGuard 7.2
      • Alarm Monitoring
      • System Administration
      • Note: It is not expected that you will be able to log in to any other Lenel OnGuard applications, even if they are installed on your computer.

Resolution

  1. Log into Cisco Secure Client VPN.
  2. Open the desired Lenel application from your computer.
  3. If you are not automatically logged in, use the following options:
    1. User name: [NetID]
    2. Password: [NetID password]
    3. Directory: WKU AD
  4. Select Access all segment assignments in order to view all areas that you have access to modify.
