Faculty and Staff may utilize this request if you need any ITS assistance regarding physical security technology. Some examples include:
- Request involving Electronic Access Control (EAC), such as door or card reader issues, changing user access rights, scheduling access, or removing access.
- Request or issue involving video surveillance, such as estimate or installation, add/remove users, training, or relocating a camera.
- Request involving Traka key cabinets supported by ITS.
- Requests involving Atrium.
- Requests involving Periscope.
Please enter requests at least two business days before you need additions, changes, and modifications to go into effect.
