Physical Security Technology Issue or Request

Why request this service?

If you need to install the video surveillance software, Milestone XProtect Smart Client, please read these instructions.

Faculty and Staff may utilize this request if you need any ITS assistance regarding physical security technology. Some examples include:

  • Request involving Electronic Access Control (EAC), such as door or card reader issues, changing user access rights, scheduling access, or removing access.
  • Request or issue involving video surveillance, such as estimate or installation, add/remove users, training, or relocating a camera.
  • Request involving Traka key cabinets supported by ITS.
  • Requests involving Atrium.
  • Requests involving Periscope.

Please enter requests at least two business days before you need additions, changes, and modifications to go into effect.
