As a parent, can I access my student's education records?

Resolution
The Service Desk does not have access to reset proxy passwords. The student must complete the reset in TopNet under Proxy Management. WKU Information Technology Services does not provide support for proxy accounts in TopNet.
Only a student can set up a proxy account for an authorized user in TopNet. If the authorized user encounters issues logging into the proxy account, they will need to contact the
Office of the Registrar.
- Log into TopNet.
- In Main Menu, click Proxy Access.
- Click Add New.
- Enter Proxy Information details.
- Enter information you want proxy to see.
- Once complete, two emails will be generated to proxy.
- Update or remove access by returning to Proxy Access section.
