Proxy Access to TopNet for Students

Issue/Question

How does an authorized user gain proxy access to TopNet, and who should be contacted for issues with logging into a proxy account?

Resolution

WKU Information Technology Services does not provide support for proxy accounts in TopNet.

Only a student can set up a proxy account for their select authorized user in TopNet.

If the authorized user encounters issues logging into the proxy account, they will need to contact the WKU Registrar's Office at 270-745-3351 or Registrar@wku.edu for assistance.
