What are the cost details for Formstack platform and how will I get support?
Environment
- Formstack Suite platform (currently focusing on Forms module)
Resolution
The Formstack Suite platform has been purchased centrally by WKU ITS, with initial focus on the Forms module rollout.
Departments must pay for individual Formstack user license costs as follows:
- $240 annually per user for form editing permissions.
- $120 annually per user for login access to view form submissions only.
Note: Form submission notifications can be emailed to users who do not have access to the Formstack system.
