When I attempt to access Pearson MyLab and Mastering Course Home, I receive a 502 Bad Gateway error message.
Cause
You have not registered correctly with the Pearson website or there is an issue with the Pearson student registration process.
Resolution
WKU IT cannot resolve this issue as it is not a WKU system.
Please contact Pearson Support's website for technical assistance.
