Issue/Question
When I click on a link in my Blackboard course, I am redirected to a log in page for Outlook Web Access.
Environment
Cause
If any instructor copies a hyperlink that they received in their WKU Exchange email account and pastes it directly into Blackboard, it can cause students to be redirected to log in to Outlook Web Access, rather than the intended web page.
Resolution
In order to resolve this problem, the instructor will need to edit the hyperlink to ensure it's target it the intended URL. Students can sometimes work around this issue by copying the text of the hyperlink and pasting it into the address bar of their web browser.
