I am receiving Blackboard related emails in my Exchange email inbox, not my TopperMail inbox. Why is this?
Environment
Cause
The user has both an Exchange account and a TopperMail account.
Resolution
In instances where a user has both an active Exchange account and TopperMail account, the default account used with Blackboard will be the Exchange account. There is currently no way to change this.
