Installing Adobe Creative Cloud Applications

Issue/Question

I, or my department, purchased Adobe Creative Cloud software from WKU ITS. Where do I go to download the software?

Resolution

  1. Log in to your Adobe account (follow the link received in the email from Adobe).
  2. Click on Install Desktop Apps.
  3. Choose Install Creative Cloud App.
  4. Install the other Creative Cloud software from within the Creative Cloud App.
