How do I log into an Adobe Creative Cloud account purchased through WKU ITS?
Environment
Adobe Creative Cloud
Acrobat Pro
Adobe Spark

WKU-owned Machines
Resolution
Faculty/Staff Sign In Using Your Computer
Navigate to
Adobe.com
.
Click
Sign
in
. Enter
WKU email address
then click
Continue
.
Note:
If prompted for options for Personal or School/Enterprise, select
Personal
and enter your
Adobe password
.
If you do not recall your Adobe password you will need to reset it through Adobe. There should be a reset password option on the screen. (Skip to 4)
WKU Single Sign-On screen should appear and enter your
NetID
and
password
, then click
Sign In
.
You should now be signed into your Adobe Creative Cloud account where you can download and install Adobe applications as needed.
Faculty/Staff/Student Sign In Using Lab/Classroom Computer
Navigate to
Adobe.com
.
Click
Login
.
Enter your
WKU Email address
and click
Continue
.
WKU Single Sign-On screen should appear and enter your
NetID
and
password
.
Click
Sign In
.
