Installing Adobe Creative Cloud Applications

Issue/Question

I, or my department, purchased Adobe Creative Cloud software from WKU ITS. Where do I go to download the software?

Resolution

  1. Log in to your Adobe account (or follow link received via email from Adobe).
  2. Click Desktop apps.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Run install file.
    Note: Grant yourself administrator rights before installing. Follow instructions for Windows, or instructions for MacOS.
  5. Install other Creative Cloud software from within the Adobe Creative Cloud App.
