How do I connect my FitBit Versa to the WKU WiFi?

FitBit Versa

Cause

The FitBit Versa uses multicast technology to communicate with the FitBit app on the host phone. Our network does not support multicast technology.

Resolution

A FitBit Versa cannot connect to the WKU WiFi.
