What do I do when I get emailed spam or a phishing scam?

Resolution

If you have responded to a phishing email with any of your information (such as username, password, or otherwise), follow these instructions.

Outlook on Windows or Mac

Right-click email message.
Click Report.
Click Junk (if message is spam) or Phishing (if message is phishing scam).

Outlook via Web Browser

Right-click email message.
Click Report.
Click Junk (if message is spam) or Phishing (if message is phishing scam).

Outlook Mobile App

Open the message.
Tap More.
Tap Report Junk.
Tap Junk (if message is spam) or Phishing (if message is phishing scam).
