Issue/Question
When attempting to upload images or files to Web CMS, I receive the error message below:
You do not have the proper permissions to upload files.
Environment
Cause
The root directory is selected by default.
Resolution
Verify that your site's folder is selected at the top of the Choose a File dialog box, it will be displayed as Sites western_kentucky_university your_site_name when selected. If you see Sites western_kentucky_university without your site's name or the wrong site name; you must select your own site's folder before uploading a file.
