I do not see the files I uploaded to Web CMS. Where are they stored?

Files are visible in the Production view and the Staging view.
Files that are only on Staging but not in Production will only be able to be seen when logged into Web CMS. When you publish a file, this moves the file from being only in Production to being in Production and Staging. Any files that are in Staging can be seen on the web by Internet users and browsers.
