Unlocking Voicemail PIN (Cisco Phones)

Issue/Question

My voicemail PIN has been locked.

Environment

• Cisco Phones

Cause

Your voicemail PIN will automatically be locked after 3 failed login attempts within 30 minutes. Try resetting your voicemail pin, then access again with new PIN in 30 minutes.

Resolution

1. Navigate to cvp.wku.edu.
2. Sign in using your NetID and password.
3. Click General Settings tab.
4. Within the Phone Services PIN section, enter a New Phone PIN of at least 6 numbers.
5. Within the Phone Services PIN section, confirm new phone PIN.
6. Click Save.

If you are unable to login after 30 minutes with new PIN, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
