Uploading an Offline Assessment

How do I upload an assessment I created offline?

Resolution

1. Log into Blackboard.
2. Click Course Tools under the Course Management panel.
3. Click Tests, Surveys, and Pools.
4. Click Build Test if you are creating a new test. Otherwise, click the arrow next to the test name and select Edit.
5. Click Upload Questions button on the red banner.
