Updating Emergency Information in TopNet

Issue/Question

How do I update emergency phone number and contacts//next-of-kin in TopNet?

Resolution

Emergency Phone Number

1. Log into TopNet.
2. Click Personal Information.
3. Click View / Update Cell Phone Messaging Notification.
4. To add a new number, click Add Emergency Text Number next to Primary or Secondary, as desired. To edit an existing number, click Update or Remove. 
5. Enter new information.
6. Click Submit. 

Emergency Contact/Next-of-Kin

1. Log into TopNet.
2. Click Personal Information.
3. Click View/Update Emergency Contacts / Next-of-Kin.
4. To add a new contact, click Add New. To edit an existing contact, click edit icon below contact. 
5. Enter new information.
6. Click Update.
