Receiving Errors Pasting Text in Blackboard (macOS)

Issue/Question

When I try pasting text into Blackboard, I receive an error message.

Resolution

1. Copy the text that you wish to paste.
2. Access the Blackboard text box.
3. Click the HTML box in the toolbar.
4. Paste the text into the HTML box.
