Error Displayed in Course Tools

Issue/Question

When I click Respondus LockDown Browser in Blackboard Course Tools an Error is displayed next to an exam I deployed.

Environment

Cause

The name of the test, open in new window, or test password settings have changed since enabling Respondus LockDown Browser for the exam.

Resolution

Clicking the Fix It button will undo any incompatible changes made since enabling Respondus Lockdown Browser. If you need to change the name of test, open in new window, or test password settings, turn off Respondus LockDown Browser for the exam, make the changes, and then turn Respondus LockDown Browser back on.
