Missing Discussion Board Posts

Issue/Question

When viewing a discussion board in Blackboard, it says "No items found." but I know there are posts in this discussion board.

Environment

  • Blackboard

Cause

The display setting may have been inadvertently changed to view only a particular type of post.

Resolution

  1. Hover the mouse over Display in the upper, right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Show All.
