Issue/Question
The department I work for is showing up incorrectly under the Title category in the Global Address Book.
Cause
The employee may be paid between two departments, and the wrong one is listed as their default department in Banner.
Resolution
Contact Human Resources at 270-745-5360 or Submit Online Request to change home department in Banner.
