When downloading an Official Grade Report from TopNet, the last four digits of my U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) is displayed in the ID field (e.g., ID: XXX-XX-1234).

Resolution
The Official Grade Report uses your masked Social Security Number as its ID number. This is normal behavior. If you require a copy of your grades that includes your WKU ID number, an Unofficial Transcript may be a better choice.
