Fixing Queued Status

Issue/Question

The video that I uploaded is stuck in Queued status / The video that I uploaded has an arrow beside it, but no percentage.

Environment

  • Mediasite

Resolution

This method requires that you reboot your computer If you are not able to reboot your computer, you may also use these instructions to attempt to re-upload the video. If this method does not work, please follow the instructions below.
  1. Restart the computer that you originally uploaded the video from.
  2. Re-upload the video.
  3. If you still have this issue after it has been 24 hours since you tried to re-upload the video, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
