Disabling Airplane Mode

Issue/Question

Whenever I try to join a wireless network Aireplane Mode is selected and I cannot connect. 

Environment

• Windows 10

Cause

Airplane mode has been enabled on the device causing there to be no active WiFi connection on the device.

Resolution

1. Click Start.
2. Click Settings .
3. Click on Network and Internet.
4. In the left pane, select Airplane Mode.
5. Turn Airplane Mode off in order to restore wireless connectivity.
