Setting the Default Outlook Data File

How do I set the default Outlook Data File on Outlook?

Environment

• Windows 11
  • Outlook

Resolution

1. Open Control Panel.
2. Change view to small icons.
3. Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
4. Select Data Files.
5. Select data file you would like to make default.
6. Click Set as Default.
