Adding an Access Code to a Konica Minolta Printer (Windows)

Issue/Question

I need to input the access code for my department's Konica printer.

Environment

• Windows 10

Resolution

1. Click  (Search Windows).
2. Search for and open Control Panel.
3. Select Sort by: Large Icons in the upper-right corner. 
4. Click Devices and Printers.
5. Right-click the Konica Minolta printer you need to add the code to.
6. Select Printing Preferences.
7. Select the Basic tab.
8. Click Authentication/Account Track...
9. Select Department and input something to denote your area.
10. Input the access code you were given into the password field.
