Printing Goes Across Multiple Pages

Issue/Question

When I try to print an email in Outlook, only a few letters show up on the print preview and there are several pages. 

Environment

  • Outlook 2016

Cause

The print settings got switched to a custom setting instead of the normal setting. 

Resolution

  1. Select the message you wish to print. 
  2. Click File.
  3. Click Print.
  4. Click Print Options.
  5. Click Page Setup.
  6. Select the Paper tab.
  7. Select your paper size; standard printing paper is Letter (8.5' x 11').
  8. Click OK.
