I'm having issues with the Blackboard app. What do I do?

WKU ITS recommends that you use the app to check grades and for browse your course. We do not recommend that you attempt to take any assessments or submit any assignments through the app.
If you are having issues with the Blackboard app, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
