Having Duo Call You to Login

How do I log into Duo with a phone call to me?

Resolution

1. After you have logged in with your NetID and password, click Call Me or it may call you automatically depending on your settings.
2. Answer the phone call. The number will be 270-867-5309.
   Note: If you do not receive a call and the Duo login indicates that you answered, the number has been blocked on your phone. Ensure that 270-867-5309 hasn't been blocked.
3. Press any number on your keypad.
4. You will be automatically logged in.
